Co-Developer and Publisher Compile Heart has released a new yet strange video regarding Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II. It revealed that the game will be on the PlayStation 4. No further information on the game was released.
Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II is the next instalment in the main series. A direct sequel to Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory for the PlayStation 3, the game will be the biggest game in the series. There has been lots of teases for the game in an earlier issue of Dengeki PlayStation.
The game will feature an adult Neptune from a different dimension who cannot transform into a goddess. The game itself will be set across three different dimensions: Zero Dimension Netpunia Z: Ragnarok’s Goddess at the Edge of the Cliff, Hyperdimension Neptunia G: Gold Bellwether – Gamindustri’s Existence Transformation, and Heart Dimension Neptunia H: Trilogy Final and Thus into the Legend. Two new character will make its debut in the game, Uranus Uzume and an unnamed girl with blonde pigtails. Uranus has red pigtails hair and a orange and black megaphone. Some character designs of the new character and the adult Neptuna were in the magazine.
Hyperdimension Neptunia is a video game series developed by Compile Heart and Idea Factory. The games are JRPGs based around console wars, and their companies – Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft. The first game in the series released on the PlayStation 3 in 2010. The games have had many sequels and spin-offs since the first game, and even a manga and anime adaptation. Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation was produced by David Production and aired in July 2013. The latest game in the series was Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2: Sisters Generation, a remake of the second game in the series. It released on March 20th in Japan. Two games will be coming to the PlayStation Vita this Summer: Ultra Dimension Action Neptunia U will be releasing on August 28 and the English version of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1.
Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II will be coming to the PlayStation 4. No release date has been announced.
