A promotional video has been released for the upcoming second cour for Yowamushi Pedal: Grande Road, the second season of the anime adaptation of Wataru Watanabe’s manga of the same name. This new video teases the ultimate race and its possible conclusion. The anime will continue to be animated by TMS Entertainment (Detective Conan, D.Gray-man) with Osamu Nabeshima (D.Gray-man, Hamtaro) directing. The cast of the first cour will of course return, with Daiki Yamashita (Touya from Log Horizon) as Sakamichi Onoda, Jun Fukushima (Yoshihisa Manabe in Kotoura-san) as Shoukichi Naruko, and Kousuke Toriumi (Cecil Aijima from Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ Maji Love 1000%) as Shunsuke Imaizumi.
The second cour of Yowamushi Pedal: Grande Road will air from January 2015 during the Winter 2014/2015 anime season.
