The third commercial has been revealed for the upcoming third instalment of the Code Geass: Boukoku no Akito (Code Geass: Akito the Exiled) OVA series, Kagayaku Mono Ten yori Otsu (The Brightness Falls). The new commercial previews some of the upcoming scenes and new characters in the OVA, as well as previewing the anime’s Opening theme song More Than Words performed by Maaya Sakamoto. The OVA series itself is set between the two season of Code Geass, being directed by Kazuki Akane (Tetsuwan Birdy Decode: The Cipher, Tenku no Escaflowne) and animated by Sunrise (Gintama, Love Live! School Idol Project). The OVA stars Miyu Irino (Jinta Yadomi from AnoHana) as Akito Hyuuga and Maaya Sakamoto (Motoko Kusanagi in Ghost in the Shell) as Leila Malkal, with Jun Fukuyama (Lelouch Lamperouge from Code Geass) as the mysterious Julius Kingsley.
Code Geass: Boukoku no Akito 3 – Kagayaku Mono Ten yori Otsu will be releasing in Japanese theatres on May 2nd.

The story takes place in Europe in the year a.t.b. 2017. A Knightmare unit made of boys and girls from Area Eleven are thrown into a military operation with a 5% chance of survival. They must rescue an allied unit left behind on the European warfront.
