The launch trailer has released for Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary, which came out in Japanese theatres earlier in the week. Legend of Sanctuary is the first CGI film in the Saint Seiya franchise and is produced by Toei Animation (Space Pirate Captain Harlock, One Piece). It will adapt the Sanctuary Arc from Masami Kurumada’s original Saint Seiya (Knights of the Zodiac) manga. The film will be directed by Keiichi Satou (Tiger & Bunny, Asura) and written by Tomohiro Suzuki (6 episodes of Tiger & Bunny).
Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary is currently being shown in theatres across Japan.
