During the Nintendo E3 2015 Direct, the title of the latest Fire Emblem game has been announced in a brand new trailer, Fire Emblem Fates. The new trailer introduces the main premise of the upcoming game and also previews the English voices. The game will be once again developed by Intelligent Systems, who also developed the last instalment Fire Emblem Awakening, with the character designs by Yusuke Kozaki, who also did the designs for Awakening and No More Heroes, and the story written by Shin Kibayashi, an award winning novelist.
Fire Emblem Fates will be released on the Nintendo 3DS in North America and Europe in 2016. The Japanese release of the game, Fire Emblem if, will be releasing in Japan on June 25th this year.
