The first trailer has been released for the North American release of The Last -Naruto the Movie-, the final film of Naruto’s generation. The trailer gives an overview of the upcoming movie and its high stakes, with English Subtitles. Naruto creator Masashi Kishimoto will have a large role in the film’s production, overseeing the plot and new original character designs for the movie. The film itself will be the 10th overall movie in Naruto and is part of a new greater project in celebration of the 15th anniversary of the franchise. The project itself is the Naruto Shin Jidai Kaimaku Project (Naruto’s New Era Opening Project) and includes a Naruto Exhibition that will open in Japan on April 25. The movie itself was the highest grossing movie in the Naruto franchise to date.
The Last -Naruto the Movie- will be releasing in North America from February 20th in various cities around the country. The movie is also currently in its final run in Japan.

The moon is beginning to fall, and at the rate it’s going, it is doomed to fall on the Earth. The countdown for the survival of the planet begins. Among the havoc, Hinata’s younger sister Hanabi is captured by the mysterious enemy, Toneri Ootsutsuki.
