With the recent release of the Love Live! The School Idol Movie, three new videos have been revealed to help drum up more excitement for the film. The three videos include a 90 second promotional video, a 15 second TV commercial, and one of the song sequences from the film, Angelic Angel. The movie itself will feature the return of the main staff and cast, with Sunrise (Gintama, Code Geass) animating and Takahiko Kyougoku (Love Live! School idol project) directing the movie.
Love Live! The School Idol Movie is currently out in theatres across Japan. The film will then be released internationally from August in countries including the Philippines, Australia, Hong Kong and the United States.

Here is a synopsis of the movie:
The story of the film begins after the events of the second season, at the graduation ceremony of the third-year students. Knowing that the graduation of the third-year members means the end of μ’s, the nine girls take a walk around the school filled with memories. However, when the students attempt to leave the school gates, a single email is sent to them, and the curtain on a new story for μ’s begins
