The first commercial has been revealed for the upcoming anime adaptation of Nagaru Tanigawa and Puyo’s The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-Chan (The Vanishing of Nagato Yuki-Chan) manga. This new commercial previews the first footage of the anime as well as previewing the Opening theme of the anime, Fure Fure Mirai, performed by the North High School Literature Club Girls (the main voice actresses of the anime). The romantic comedy anime will be produced by Satelight (Log Horizon, White Album 2) and directed by Jun’ichi Wada (Gosick and Fairy Tail Episode Director). It will feature returning cast of the previous Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya anime series including: Minori Chihara (Chiaki Minami from Minami-ke) as Yuki Nagato, Tomokazu Sugita (Gintoki Sakata from Gintama) as Kyon, and Aya Hirano (Lucy Heartfilia in Fairy Tail) as Haruhi Suzumiya.
The upcoming anime adaptation of The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-Chan will be airing from April 4th on Tokyo MX and AT-X during the Spring 2015 anime season.
