The first promotional video has been released for the upcoming anime film based on the Japanese mobile social card game Kantai Collection. The video itself briefly showcases all the characters that will be in the film, returning from the anime series and newcomers from the game. In addition to the new movie, there will also be a second season of the anime alongside the movie.
The Kantai Collection: Kan Colle anime film is currently scheduled to release in 2016.

Set in a world where humanity has lost control of the oceans to the “deep sea fleet,” the only hope to counter this threat are the Kanmusu, a group of girls who possess the spirit of Japanese warships.
