Kyoto Animation Launches English Website with Thank You to Fans

Japanese animation studio Kyoto Animation (Kyoukai no Kanata, Free!) have started off the new year by opening an English version of their website for all their International fans. In addition, the first post of the year by the studio thanks the fans for all their support.

Kyoto Animation have posted a thank you message to all their fans from around the world for all the letters, illustrations and messages that they receive. The message reads:

Thank you everyone who sent us messages.
We appreciate every heart-warming messages, illustrations and photos!
We have read and enjoy them all.
Each of them surely became our motivation to make animations.
We are grateful for your warm support.

Kyoto-Animation-Fan-Mail

The studio recently celebrated its 30th anniversary with the KyoAni & Do Fan Days 2015 (This Is What We Are Now!!) event. The event was held on the weekend of October 31st and November 1st, 2015 at the Miyako Messe entertainment centre in Kyoto, Japan. It celebrated all 30 years of the animation studio with lots of promotional media on sale, appearances of special guests, fun activities and much more.

Kyoto Animation now has an International website and will hopefully utilise it to communicate with fans around the world.
