Of course while art is subjective, there are some anime that stand out from the rest for its amazing visuals. Whether it’s the art style, character designs, or the fluidity of the animation, individually these aspects of the anime’s visual design can propel an series to great heights. However, there are some that have it all coupled with a big budget. To find out which anime has the best visuals, Japanese ranking site Charapedia held a new poll asking its users for their Best Looking and Animated Anime of All Time.
Taking in the first 10,000 votes, the top 20 anime have been calculated and ranked. From the 10,000 votes, 54.0% of the total were female and the remaining 46.0% being male. 62.7% of the voters were under 30 and the 37.3% of voters were 30 or above.
