The official website of Silver Link’s (Non Non Biyori, Fate/kaleid liner Prisma☆Illya) upcoming Two Car original anime project has released a brand new visual, promotional video and new cast members for the upcoming anime. The series will premiere on October 8th.
New members have been revealed for the anime’s main cast, alongside their character designs. The newly revealed cast includes:
- Ayaka Saitou (Ruby from Jewelpet) will voice Mutsuki Shimazu
- Sarah Emi Bridcutt (Asuka Kudou in Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?) as Chiyuki Shiohara
- Haruka Tomatsu (Asuna from Sword Art Online) voices Misaki Nagai
- Ayaka Nanase (Yoshino Koharu in Sakura Quest) joins the cast to voice Izumi Murata
They will join the previously revealed cast members:
- Aoi Koga (Hanabi from Mahou Shoujo? Naria☆Girls) will voice Yuri Miyata
- Aimi Tanaka (Umaru Doma in Himouto! Umaru-chan) as Megumi Meguro
A brand new promotional video has been released for the Two Car anime, which previews various sceens from the series and gives us a glimpse into the world of sidecar racing. The video also previews the anime’s Opening theme song, Heart to Heart by Sphere.

The Two Car TV anime will premiere on AT-X on the midnight of October 7 (effectively January 8). The series will also air on Tokyo MX, Sun TV, KBS Kyoto and BS Fuji from the 10th at 12:30am JST.
The Two Car anime project is part of the celebration for the studio’s 10th anniversary.
Here is the synopsis of the series:
The anime will center on two girls who enter the world of competitive motorcycle sidecar racing. The show is set on Miyake Island, a small and sparsely populated island south of Tokyo, but still lies within the boundaries of the Tokyo Metropolis. The main characters are Yuri Miyata (above right) and Megumi Meguro (above left). Yuri is the girlish, cool-headed, and slender driver who works the accelerator and brake, and whose household runs a guesthouse. Megumi is the boyish, impulsive, and glamorous passenger who uses acrobatic skills and body weight to handle the corner work, and whose household runs an inn. Both are students at the Tokyo Metropolitan Miyake Girls High School. The team will fight other motorcycle sidecar teams from all over Japan, each with their own opposing traits, such as honor student and working student, sadist and masochist, and a funny man and straight man.
Silver Link’s upcoming 10th anniversary anime project Two Car is in prodctuon and will premiere on AT-X on the midnight of October 7/8, during the Fall/Autumn 2017 anime season. Further details about the series will be revealed at a later date.
