The UK division of Japanese publisher and developer Capcom has revealed the first footage for the upcoming PC release of Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen. The video itself showcases some tips for newcomers to the game on what to do, but most importantly it showcases the game’s performance on PC. Notable improvements include a stable framerate, higher quality assets and resolutions. Though, the footage shown is not the final build of the PC release. Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen will release on PC via Steam on January 15, 2016, selling for € 29.99/£24.99/US$29.99 . The game is also out on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The game itself is an open world Action Role Playing Game focusing on adventuring the land and completing various quests. You team up with up to 3 other party members as you explore the dangerous roads, encountering packs of goblins and towering ogres. Players will be at an advantage using party tactics and weakness against enemies, where you are able to climb on the bigger monsters to deal damage to their weak spots. There are also various classes that fulfill different offense requirements.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen for PC will present stunningly high resolution graphics with increased fidelity. The game also includes full Steam platform support with Achievements and the ability to play using both Xbox 360 and Xbox One controllers, plus the traditional keyboard and mouse control scheme are all available for players to customise the way they play.
Set in a huge open world, Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen presents an exhilarating and rewarding action combat gameplay experience. Players embark on an epic adventure with three AI companions, known as Pawns. These partners fight independently, demonstrating prowess and ability that they have developed based on traits learnt from each player. PC users can share these Pawns online and reap rewards of treasure and tips and strategy hints for taking down the terrifying enemies. Pawns can also be borrowed when specific skills are needed to complete various challenging quests.
