Yuru Camp△ TV Anime Visuals & Promotional Video Revealed

The official website of the upcoming anime adaptation of Afro’s Yurucamp△ (Laid-Back Camp△) manga has been updated with a series of visuals for the January 2018 series. In addition, the first promotional video was also revealed.

The first promotional video of the anime was released on the series’ official Twitter account, which sets up the comfy atmosphere of the anime:

The main cast of the anime includes:

  • Yumiri Hanamori (Chiaya Misono from Rolling☆Girls) will voice Nadeshiko Kagamihara

 

  • Nao Touyama (Chitoge Kirisaki in Nisekoi) as Rin Shima

 

  • Sayuri Hara (Mio Honda from The iDOLM@STER Cinderella Girls) joins the cast as Chiaki Oogaki

 

  • Aki Toyosaki (Yui Hirasawa from K-ON!) who will voice Aoi Inuyama

 

  • Rie Takahashi (Megumin in KonoSuba) voicing the role of Ena Saitou

The production staff of the anime consists of:

  • Director: Yoshiaki Kyougoku (Kuroko’s Basketball and Robotics;Notes Episode Director)
  • Series Composer: Jin Tanaka (Kirakira ☆ Precure a la Mode, Go! Princess Precure)
  • Anime Character Designer: Mutsumi Sasaki (Seikoku no Dragonar, Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom)
  • Animation Studio: C-Station (Seikoku no Dragonar, Starmyu)

The anime itself will premiere from January 2018 during the Winter 2017/2018 anime season.

Yurucamp△ (Laid-Back Camp△) is a comedy slice of life manga written and illustrated by Afro. The series is currently serialized in Houbunsha’s Manga Time Kirara Forward magazine. where to date a total of 4 compiled volumes have been published, the latest on July 12th. An anime adaptation of the manga has been announced and will premiere in January 2018.

Here is the series synopsis from MAL:

Rin likes to go camping by herself along the lakes that provide a scenic view of Mt. Fuji. Nadeshiko loves to take cycling trips by herself to places where she can see Mt. Fuji. After they meet, Rin and Nadeshiko take camping trips, eat cup ramen together, and enjoy the scenery.
