Following the threats made to the Kuroko’s Basketball events, another threat letter has been sent to another event, this time to the Touhou Project Doujinshi Event. The organizers of “Touhou Kamuisai 7,” a Touhou Project doujinshi event, revealed that they received a threat letter was directed at the event which resulted in the event’s cancellation. The organizers will refund the Dojinshi circles that had planned to attend the event. On December 27, the Sapporo Teisen Hall venue notified the Touhou Kamuisai 7 organizers that a letter had arrived at the venue, and the letter demanded the cancellation of the event. The organizers then began preparing measures to increase security, such as bag checks and adding guards. However, the Tokyo-based company that owns the facility requested them to cancel the event.

Studio You, the company that organizes the Kuroko’s Basketball “Shadow Trickster” dojinshi events across Japan, also announced that the “Shadow Trickster Sapporo” event has been cancelled.
